Who is Stickers and Charts.com?

This place is just a one-man show. My name is Mark and I'm an English teacher in Japan. I teach children of all ages, 2-75. I have a large number of preschool and elementary school children enrolled at my school. I use stickers and sticker charts as incentives for better classroom behavior or as rewards for various successes. It started to get pretty expensive to buy stickers and in all honesty I had already bought every sticker the stores had. The students were getting tired of the same old stickers. Also, there just aren't that many sticker charts available. The selection didn't fit my needs and I actually thought to myself, 'Hey I can make these.' So, I started to make my own stickers and sticker charts.

My students really liked the stickers and the charts went over well. I also run a few other sites and in 2007 I decided to make a site to share the stickers and charts as well.

Why is all this free?

Why not? This, websites and materials creation, is just a hobby for me. I have to make these resources for myself anyway. I do it to save myself money. I really wouldn't be helping anyone by charging for this service. Also, like I said this is just a hobby. If I started charging, then the fun would go right out of it.

What are your plans for this site?

I hope to have a ridiculous amount of stickers and charts available to print. I hope to have several hundred themes and many styles within each theme. I don't know if that will ever happen, but since I have to make stickers for myself, I'll just keep adding them to the site.
